- Integration with TikTok/YouTube via public APIs
- Automated video editing using AI tools
- Creating promotional materials for business purposes
✗Prohibited Activities
- Uploading illegal content (e.g., deepfakes for harassment)
- Reverse engineering AI models or scraping platform data
- Spamming or bulk content generation for deceptive purposes
- Sharing copyrighted materials without proper licensing
2. Intellectual Property−
User Ownership
Users retain all rights to their uploaded videos and AI-generated outputs. We claim no ownership over the content you create using our platform.
License Grant
By using our services, users grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process content solely for service delivery. This license terminates automatically when content is deleted.
AI-Generated Content
All AI-generated content must comply with copyright laws. Users are responsible for ensuring:
- Proper licensing for background music and media assets
- Authorization for recognizable faces or brand elements
- Compliance with platform-specific content policies
3. Service Limitations−
AI Accuracy Disclaimer
We provide no warranty for perfect subtitle translation or voice synthesis. Human review is recommended for professional/commercial use cases. AI outputs may contain inaccuracies due to:
- Ambiguous source audio quality
- Uncommon terminology or specialized jargon
- Complex sentence structures
API Usage & Quotas

4. Termination−
By User
- Delete account anytime through Settings Account Management
- Data purged according to Privacy Policy timelines
- Pro-rated refunds available for annual subscriptions
By Platform
We may suspend accounts for:
- Bulk copyright infringement (3-strike policy)
- Automated scraping or API abuse
- Illegal content distribution
- Payment fraud or chargeback abuse
First violations receive warning emails. Serious violations result in immediate suspension.
5. Liability Cap−
Direct Damages
Our liability for direct damages is capped at 6 months of service fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Excluded Claims
We are not liable for:
- Lost profits or business opportunities
- Data breach claims resulting from unsecured passwords
- Consequential, indirect or special damages
- Content loss due to user error
